Yarden 2T 2013
Yarden 2T is made from the two Portuguese varieties Touriga Nacional and Tinta Cao, grown in Yonatan Springs and Geshur vineyards. The relatively cool climate and rocky volcanic soils of the Golan Heights are proving to be hospitable conditions for these varieties. Eighteen months of barrel aging adds richness to the wine’s wild berry, cassis, plum, and violet notes. This bottle should age gracefully over the coming years if stored on its side in a cool, dark place.
